• Monitoring headcount and analysis of the organization structure

• Handle performance management system, job evaluation and job grading

• Ensure that all employee have Job description and coordinating with all user

• Create and monitoring KPI or performance appraisal employee

• Create and adjust new or existing policies related to organization development.

• Good experience in organization and people development.

• Designs and develops HR training programs for management and employees.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree from Human Resources Management/Psychology/any related major.

• 5 years of experience in same role (HR OD & People Development).

• Have a good understanding of organization development area, such as performance management system, job description, organizational structure, standard operating procedure, etc.

• Strong in analytical thinking, communication, and administrative skills.

• Expert to use microsoft tools, especially microsoft excel, microsoft power point, and microsoft visio.

• Willing to work site PT. Well Harvest Winning Alumina Refinery.

• Placement Jakarta.
